The easiest way to track your order is through your order confirmation email or customer account. Once your package leaves fulfillment, tracking will show the latest carrier movement.

Enter the same email used at checkout. For automatic order results, set the form behavior to your tracking app URL or paste the app embed above.

Tracking delay

Tracking is not updating.

Tracking can stay quiet until the carrier completes the next scan. This is common right after a label is created.

  • Check again after the next carrier scan.
  • Peak seasons can slow updates.
  • Contact support if it looks stuck for too long.
Delivered

Tracking says delivered.

If the carrier says delivered but you do not see the package, check the most common drop-off spots first.

  • Check mailbox, porch, parcel locker, or mailroom.
  • Ask household members, front desk, or neighbors.
  • Contact the carrier with your tracking number.
Confirmation

I did not get a tracking email.

Tracking emails are sent after fulfillment. If you only received an order confirmation, your package may not have shipped yet.

  • Check spam, promotions, or junk folders.
  • Search your inbox for Paws & Peps.
  • Make sure the checkout email is correct.
Order issue

Something looks wrong.

If your address, order details, or tracking information looks incorrect, reach out as soon as possible.
